Scanwood

“Designed in Denmark.  Made by nature”

Scanwood designs kitchen tools to last generations.

Made of renewable, biodegradable and non-toxic material, these wood utensils are an environmentally responsible choice.

Various wood species are sourced from sustainable FSC® certified producers around the globe to create beautiful, heirloom-quality tools and accessories.

BEECHWOOD
Beech is an extremely hard wood with a tight closed grain, making it a traditional favourite for kitchen tools.

Highly resistant to warping and cracking, beech wood utensils will not discolour food, alter taste, conduct heat, or melt.

OLIVE WOOD
With rich colour and swirling grain patterns, heart olive wood is not only a visually beautiful choice, but also practical as it is non-porous and resistant to staining.

A European kitchen staple, olive wood utensils do not transfer heat like metal spoons, and can be safely used on non-stick surfaces.
